Terms of Service

Effective 2026-07-16. BolderFit.AI is currently a private beta.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Rombold Labs LLC ("BolderFit," "we," "us"), the operator of BolderFit.AI. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and, through its separate consent, our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The Service

BolderFit.AI is a training tracker with an AI coaching assistant: you log workouts, body metrics, and related data, and the app generates personalized coaching from what you log. The service is currently a free, invite-only beta.

2. Beta Status

The app is under active development. Features may change, break, or be removed; occasional downtime and bugs are expected; and despite reasonable care (including encrypted storage and backups), data loss is possible. Do not use the app as the sole record of anything you cannot afford to lose. We may modify or discontinue the beta, in whole or in part, at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use BolderFit.AI. If you are under 18, use the app only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. Registration requires a valid invite code and a working email address.

4. Your Account

• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Provide accurate account information, including an email address you control (it is how you recover your account).
• One account per person. Invite codes are for personal sharing, not distribution or sale.
• Tell us promptly at the contact below if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• break the law, or use the app to harm, harass, or deceive anyone;
• attempt to access another user's account or data, probe or circumvent security measures, or interfere with the operation of the service;
• scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the service, or access it by automated means other than the app's own interface;
• reverse engineer, copy, resell, or commercially exploit the service or its coaching output as a competing offering;
• abuse the AI coach (for example, scripted or excessive request volume) or attempt to make it act outside its purpose;
• upload content you have no right to share, or content that is unlawful or malicious.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Your Content

Your data is yours. You retain all rights to the workouts, metrics, notes, images, and messages you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service for you (including sending relevant context to our AI provider to generate your coaching, as described in the Privacy Policy). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for transient copies in backups as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your content for advertising and we do not sell it.

7. Health & Safety Disclaimer

BolderFit.AI is not a medical service, and its coaching is not medical, nutritional, or professional health advice. The AI coach generates suggestions from the data you log; it can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Use your own judgment, and consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise, diet, or supplementation program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury.

You assume the risks of physical exercise. Training with weights carries inherent risk of injury. You are responsible for training within your abilities, using proper form and equipment, and stopping if something feels wrong. By using the app you confirm you are physically able to undertake the training you choose to perform.

8. Fees

The beta is free. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we will announce them clearly, pricing will apply only going forward, and no existing feature you rely on will silently start charging you. These Terms will be updated with subscription terms before anything is sold.

9. Our Property

The app, its code, design, name, and branding belong to Rombold Labs LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use them except as needed to use the service normally.

10. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time and can permanently delete your account from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, or discontinue the beta as described above; where practical we will give notice so you can request a copy of your data first. Sections 6 through 13 survive termination.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA WILL NEVER BE LOST.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROMBOLD LABS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF US $50 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts covering Butler County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Please contact us first; most issues can be sorted out by email.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify you in the app; continued use after notice means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the app and delete your account.

15. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, together with the two privacy policies, are the entire agreement between you and us about the service. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets as described in the Privacy Policy.
